The story takes place in Stockholm, where the Little, the well-brought up 7-year boy wishes that they presented him with a dog on his birthday. His brother and sister have already grown up, and they don't want to play with him. And the Little dreams of a real friend. Unexpectedly the best airman – Karlsson, which, in addition, has his house on the roof, flies into his window. Appearance of this fanciful guy with a propeller puts an end to the Little's loneliness. Karlsson teaches him walk on roofs, catch pilferers, not forgetting at that to eat up all delicious things around. And the Little finds in him a real friend, for the sake of whom he does everything.
Karlsson (Oleh Skrypka) is the best airman in the world, an expert in steam engines, connoisseur of safety valves, talented artist intellectual consumer of pastries and proprietor of a cabin on the roof.
Little (Ani Lorak) is a lonely boy who wants to receive a puppy for his birthday, and instead he receives both a dog, and a real friend.
