"Astarta" band offers us ethno-pop-rock – admittedly, high-quality one. Actually, the girls themselves are capable of lots of things – and since Eduard "Dilya" Prystupa began patronizing them, they started evolving rapidly. Actually, no surprise – Dilya has long been interested in such projects, and he has already had successful experience, e.g. with Rosava when working on her first album "Under the Open Sky". There is enough taste for experiments, freedom in addressing various style devices is also something that there is enough of – as a result, we have a truly bright album. In particular, because – despite the expressly folk performance manner – most of the songs here are authors' ones. The combination of the authentic manner with contemporary texts creates an interesting impression – a very nice cognitive (pardon the expression) dissonance takes place. Reinforced with a handful of the "nice to hear", minor but delicious moments. Thus, one wishes to listen attentively – and what more do you need?
