Anytchka. Ja sche lyubyu... (I Still Love...)

To our knowledge, now Anytchka is already working on her new, English-language album – which, moreover, will have a jazz flavor. Considering her ability to work qualitatively – there are preconditions to expect for something truly interesting ) And right now to your attention – currently the latest album by Anytchka. In contrast to the majority of her previous works, this is a collection of author pieces, and the author of music to one third of them is, actually, Anytchka herself. However, a couple of folk songs have still been included into this album, and one of them, sure – is a Lemky one. But on the whole it is possible to say that the album was recorded on the intersection of variety art and pop music. The title "I Still Love..." seems to hint at a lyrical mood – but in actual fact lyricism here rather refers to the texts. While regarding the melodies and rhythms, the work appears cheerful, agile enough – you will hardly wish to be sad with sounding of this disc. Well, and why not? Love is not that necessarily sighing. Although some space has still been allocated here for reflections – and not always joyful ones. This is how Anytchka sings – as a tender but a strong girl...
