"If you attentively listen to the discs "Children Album No.1-4" and "Lullabies", you will hear that the majority of the pieces represented were composed for the piano. Development of the piano from the very beginning was sanctified by the genius foresight of J.S.Bach. Perfectly knowing specific features of all contemporary instruments, Bach was the first to see a certain universal instrument in the clavier (the initial name of the then imperfect piano). Creating his famous 48 preludes and fugues that made up the two volumes of the "Well-Tempered Clavier", Bach seemed to envisage the future "melodious" capacity of the piano. Bach composed this piece as a joke, only for his children – but it resulted in something of genius due to its simplicity and depth...
