If I am not mistaken, before 1994 Sergiy Hrymalsky was a participant of the famous group Tabula Rasa – exactly at the beginning of the 1990th first popularity came to the group. But Sergiy decided to start his solo music career – and has managed to do quite a bit during this time. To his credit, he has a few interesting instrumental albums, as well as participation as an invited musician and composer in a number of successful pop-projects. But, strangely enough, exactly the album "Two" is actually not mentioned in Hrymalsky's discography. Why – I do not know. But I think that this is just unfair – taking into account how beautiful, elegant this album appears. Nothing apart from the fortepiano – but it is the case when you don't need anything more. Nothing superfluous, nothing too difficult, hasty, empty. Black, white – and soft shades in pauses, the ability to put a full stop, to hint, to step back in shade leaving in light – the music... It seems to me that he could give no names to his plays – just because this music is lighter than words, more precise. Deeper – and thus simpler than them, truer. In the end, the whole album is perceived not quite as a collection of separate plays. Yes, they are different, and there are distances among them – though not sharp, but smooth. This is as though parts for something integral – something that does not need definitions.

Музыку С.Гримальского уже слышала, очень нравится, поэтому захотела приобретсти диск с композициями, с которыми еще не была знакома. В этом альбоме звучит только один инструмент. Получила большое удовольствие, т.к. такая музыка мне очень близка и созвучна моему настроению и душе. Но думаю, что нравятся мне композиции Гримальского не потому, что они созвучны моей душе, а потому, что композитор очень талантлив! Преклоняюсь перед его талантом! Много есть талантливых композиторов, но от этой музыки я улетаю и могу слушать ее бесконечно. Очень хотелось бы приобрести и другие альбомы С.Грмальского, особенно те, в которых звучат несколько инструментов.

На мою думку "Два" - це розмова, звернення двох - автора-виконавця та роялю. Дуже гармонійно звучить...Легко слухається...Кличе за собою, змушує мріяти, згадувати... Несе туди, де тепле сонце, зелені поля, де вітер окутує обличчя теплим подихом, неначе продовжує тепле звучання цієї музики. Браво!

До сих пор не приходилось мне соприкасаться с творчеством С. Гримальского. Этот альбом первый. Моё мнение о диске таково - стопроцентный шедевр. Испоьзуя всего лишь один муз. инструмент и свой выдающийся талант, музыкант создал это великолепнейшее творение. Какая муз. палитра, какая гамма чувств оказалась выраженной в 13-и композициях альбома! Отныне я обязательно запомню имя Сергея Гримальского. Может быть в УМКЕ появятся и другие альбомы этого замечательного композитора... Хотелось бы также понять смысл названия альбома "Два" (всего лишь два).
