The album title lives up to its name - Sunshine. Bright and breezy and Ani is yet again in fine form but...there is a mish-mash of styles that I'm not sure works. There is an inconsistency about the album that jars for me. She reaches the heights of the outstanding Roskazhi (which she failed to match on 15) but throws in disco-esque dance tracks. Hmm...
As always, I don't understand the words but that never stopped me. Ani has enormous talent. I think she needs clear direction. That, for me, is Roskazhi 2.
