Our audio-film is centered around a mysterious story of Stanislaus Perfecki (?-1993?) a poet, a traveler, and a performer who one day embarks upon a journey from Lviv to the West, spends some time in Krakow, Prague, Berlin, and Bavaria and ultimately emerges in Venice, the City of Ghosts. There, he experiences a series of incredible adventures and falls in love with Ada Cytryna, his interpretress. Being forced to part with his beloved woman and unable to fulfil his special top secret mission, Perfecki vanishes. The ensuing investigation highlights suicide as the most plausible cause of his disappearance, suggesting that Perfecki apparently threw himself out of the hotel window into the Canal Grande of Venice... Having listened to this record, you will find out what his last words were. You will be able to listen to the message he recorded on the dictaphone right before he leapt into the abyss.
