"I present you my new work, "Spine and Joints" – the CD with the booklet brochure. We are going to discuss and restore the human motive system: bones, ligaments, joints, cartilage, muscles... The human received from the Nature a unique apparatus – the motor system. It helps to do movements, supports the body, determines its shape and protects internal organs. Lots of factors contribute into maintenance of the system, but there is one condition without which it cannot exist at all. Aristotle said: "Nothing ruins a person so strongly as prolonged physical inactivity". Probably, everyone has heard the phrase "moving is life"; however, not everyone manages to implement it in real life. Therefore, without shelving it, let's deal with it, that is – let's move. Movements may be different. Movements of the thought, movements of desires, energy movement, movement of blood, lymph movement, physical movement.
