This is one of those recording that it is impossible just to listen through once – and to put it aside. However, none who has heard the disc "Two Colors" needs to be convinced – having entered your heart once, Kvitka Cisyk remains there forever. Now we have the opportunity to listen to her first album, "Songs of Ukraine", as well. She never managed to come to Ukraine with a solo program, never managed to record a third album... But her singing – it lives on, and it still brings quiet light into the world, and causes the desire to find out more, to get to know deeper. Wonderful voice, wonderful and tender ability – to bring force and beauty easily, joyfully. This is not taught at studios, this ability comes only from the heart, in which love lives – not otherwise. And would anyone deny that the essence here is not the coloratura soprano, but that she sang not simply with voice – with her soul... In the end, it is an ungrateful thing – to describe with words the beauty that does not lie in words at all. That is why – listen. Listen by all means, present these discs to yourselves, to children, friends, acquainted and strange people – let quiet joy come in our world...

Я замовляв диск Квітки тому, що мені особисто дуже подобається спів цієї жінки. Я не чув більш красивого голосу серед виконавиць, окрім того, вона вкладає душу у виконувані пісні і ці пісні у поєднанні з музичним супроводом - це те, що потрібно слухати кожному, хто хоче зрозуміти що ж таке тая Україна і хто такі українці. Давно хотів почути теплоту пісні про рушник, пісні моєї юності, коли були ще живі мої батько та мати. Яку ж радість мені приніс цей чарівний голос, знову пірнути в дитинство і юність і згадати своїх батьків якраз в цю пору перед великоднем. 2. стосовно "самопалу": в Україні існує лише одне легальне видання альбомів Квітки Цісик - і саме ці диски ми продаємо. Вам може не подобатись дизайн обкладинок - але, гадаємо, це питання до видавця, а не до продавця
3. стосовно якості запису: ми відслуховуємо диски, які виставляємо на продаж, в т.ч. і на комп'ютері - і так само ми перевіряли диски Квітки Цісик. Ймовірно, Вам просто трапився бракований примірник. Я шанувальниця Квітки Цісик, тому написати, що виконання неперевершене чи підбірка дуже хороша, це надто спрощено. Я свідомо шукала її диски, бо хотіла зробити подарунок своїй мамі, і була неймовірно рада, що знайшла магазин, де можу офіційно купити улюблені записи, а не відправляти посилання на інтернет-журнали, де пісні можна послухати он-лайн. Перше моє розчарування було, коли я отримала посилку з поламаними коробочками, із погано роздрукованою обкладинками, коротше, такий собі "самопал". Можна було б самій знайти сайти, скачати і вкласти в кращі коробки та і офомлення зробити, за бажанням, якіснішим. А коли дізналась, що половина записів на одному з дисків не сприймаються компьютером, диск прослуховується тільки на програвачі, я була вражена "нахабством" піратів. Ну, хлопці, ну що за український феншуй! Скажіть, ви закордонним покупцям таке ж "фуфло" фуєте, чи тільки своїх відзначаєте особливою повагою? Я не буду більше звертатись на цей сайт. Мені неприємно бути вашим користувачем.

Ці пісні кожен чув мільйони разів. І можна сказати, що по радіо та телебаченню їх навіть дещо затаскали. Але у ТАКОМУ виконанні я їх слухав ніби уперше. Квітка Цісик мене вражає своєю щирістю та непідробністю.

Мне 50. Но никогда раньше не слышал Украинские песни в таком прекрасном исполнении. Чарующий голос Квитки Цисык, отличное инструментальное сопровождение, замечательная подборка песен. Рекомендую всем и в первую очередь тем, кто по каким-то причинам не любит Украину. Нельзя не полюбить страну, в которой рождаются люди, способные написать и так исполнить эти прекрасные песни...

Перш за все хочу висловити щиру подяку даному сайту за можливість покупки двох чудових дисків Квітки Цісик. Я стільки часу шукала, щоб купити їх, і тут є така можливість. Пісні у виконання Квітки справляють надзвичайне враження. Жодна людина не може лишитися байдужою, бо виконання - їз самої душі. Потрібно цінувати і памятати таких людей.

I had heard Kvitka's songs many years ago and loved it immediately. A friend put some on a cassette. Now I have her two records Ukranian songs and Two colours. She had such a beautiful voice and seemed to really put her soul into her singing. I am really happy to have her music now, pity she did not have time for more.

Вокальна майстерність Квітки Цісик настільки заворожує і вражає, що послухавши один раз, більше з полону цієї краси, істинності та усвідомлення великого блага для України, вирватися уже неможливо. Чесно кажучи, коли замовляв диск, навіть не підозрював, що так сподобається! Ця виконавиця - одна з найкращих, кого я коли-небудь чув. Шкода, що вона мешкала не в Україні. Рекомендую всім шанувальникам української музики.
