The countdown for International Contest of Young Jazz Musicians Do#Dj Junior 2009 started. 26 days left.Do#Dj Junior 2009 Contest is a main CIS jazz summit with nine years history and established traditions. There will be a lot of innovations in the Contest:
upgraded prize fund (besides money contestants will get an opportunity to record their album in one of the famous Europe recording studio, the winner will be able to perform in Ukraine with concerts for a year);
for the first time finals of the Contest will take place in the capital of Ukraine (in 2001-2008 the Contest took place in Donetsk);
for the first time musicians from Estonia, Poland, Kazakhstan, Latvia will take part in the Contest together with traditional Ukraine, Belorussia, Russia, Moldova and Georgia.
