"Paul Morgan (Hugh Grant) and Merrill Morgan (Sara Jessica Parker) are a successful and refined New York family experiencing an alienation crisis. And everything gets significantly worse when the Morgans by chance become witnesses of a murder. In order to rescue their lives, they are included into a witness protection program, and they have, having terminated all contacts, to leave for a little town in the state of Wyoming. The refined New York residents merge into the simple rural life, where every local resident has a gun and a cowboy hat."
