Comedy of situations – that is how it is possible to define the genre of these series, the plot of which is deprived of stunning zigzags and reminds life of a real family. Jealousies, misunderstanding, search for compromises, family joys, problems of parents and children – here all that is reconsidered easily, naturally, with humor and self-irony.
The characters – Lesya and Roma –look least of all like typical characters of numerous TV series. They are our contemporaries, who simply found themselves on the other side of the screen, but remain no less habitual and understandable to everyone.
This first in history of modern television Ukrainian-language comic serial is the Ukrainian version of the world-known project "Love, Bugs". The idea of Canadian TV producers discovered hundreds of millions of its fans in 29 countries of the world: France, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Russia… Every country, working in the format of "Love, Bugs", offers its own versions of this story: the show usually gets a new title, and its protagonists – new names. National colors, specificities of the mentality, humor, traditions – all that influences new versions of "Love, Bugs".
The Ukrainian version of "Love Bugs" has got incredible popularity among TV audience.
