Tartak has never avoided alternative approaches to their own work or experiments – so, at the presentation of this disc, Sashko Polozhynsky tested himself as a DJ. Not by chance – in the end, the content of the album is indicated already on the cover: "remixes + remakes + unpublished". In other words, here you will find the things that till now have never be included into any album by Tartak – as well as the already familiar but modified songs. The updates are not so radical that it is impossible to recognize originals – but, on the other hand, the sound nature appears surprisingly diverse. Since a good deal of styles are mixed here, the key common feature of all the tracks is not a certain style but high energy value. Actually, it always happens with Tartak. However, there is another common feature. Texts by Sashko Polozhynsky have from the very beginning characterized him as a not indifferent person – in his attitude to very different aspects of life. And in the course of time the intellectual hooligan seems to have started turning into a philosopher warrior (however, not categorically – the process is still going on). So, it is interesting what this process has also, surprisingly, been reflected in the general sounding of the disc: without regard to all of its diversity, a sort of contemplativeness, the ability to look from aside always looms from inside. It may be, sure, just a result of the remix format, but – hardly...
