This album causes strange feelings, varied – but no doubt interesting. At least, I have listened through it at one go – and I will surely listen to it again, and not once. It is not for nothing that this music is called IDM – it is really intelligent. And – one can here very well that it was created by a female soul. Although I would not be able to explain how exactly that is revealed, but – one can hear that indeed. Possibly – due to some features of appealing to Ukrainian folklore. And then a sort of a paradox appears. On the one hand, something constantly takes place here – at that, that is constantly something new, often quite unexpected. That is, the method of narration is not cyclic, although you could hardly name it linear either. And at the same time – even abrupt turns and seemingly sharp angles all the same have the quality of some roundness, even smoothness. Femininity... Or let us look otherwise. Spontaneous, instantaneous, saturated flashes do not get stuck in rhythms, do not hang in emptiness – they obviously live a more conscious life. This album is somewhat similar to a few chains bound together. In the sense that it seems that there is nothing casual – one is born from the other and, in its turn, gives birth to something else. And neighboring links are often not similar at all – but there is something that makes the dialogs between the "grandfathers" and "great-grandchildren" take place... A strange disc, unusual – and very live due to the way of thinking and feeling.
