Anastasia Prykhodko had her first wide recognition due to her outstanding performance at 2009 Eurovision Song Contest with her song "Mama". But even then, despite the language of performance and her success in Russia, she affirmed herself as a Ukrainian singer. With the onset of the war, this position became only firmer – and in the album "I Am Free", there are already several songs in Ukrainian. In particular – "Heroes Do Not Die". However, the main line here is still romantic, and not too tearful – if you listen to the lyrics. While if you listen to the voice only – you cannot but be impressed with its tamed power and the obvious potential for outstanding development. Even now that voice reveals more than one color, more than one layer of depth. Regarding the music – there is the sense that with the arrangements they intended to diversify half-tones and shades, without sticking all the time with variety art patterns. Perhaps, this is a turning point piece. It is obviously going to be continued – and, given Nastia's capacity for strong actions, we can expect interesting developments.
