Probably, this album is able to very qualitatively expand the audience's customary perception of both Oksana Bilozir, and ManSound. For fans – it has become a pleasant surprise, for all the rest – maybe, a Great Pleasant Surprise... At all events, the very fact of collaboration of so different musicians, and, above all, the result of this collaboration – deserve attention (and there is attention: the song "Sleep, My Sonny" from the album has even been nominated for the Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards 2008 (CARAs) as the best song of the year in the category Folk/World Song!) By the way, Oleh Yarema, well known for his collaboration with Victor Morozov in the "Fourth Corner", as well as with Bohdan Dashak, also took part in the project – his transparent guitar appeared a very appropriate decoration of this recording. In the end, "Under the Window" is just a frankly beautiful album. Tenderness and force are mixed here really exactly, delicately, you start admiring it – and already just do not notice how you submerge in the music deeper and deeper. For still correct, harmonious combination of the female and masculine is not a trifle, it is from such ground that real women and men, beautiful people grow. And this is the case when one really wants to hope for continuation...
