This disc, the video-record of a literary and music night at Kyiv restaurant "Horiv", represents an interesting three-linear conglomerate – see yourself. The first number is a fragment from the spicy poem "Rus" by Igor Lapynsky, read by the author. It is a real rarity – because writing the poem began as long ago as at the beginning of the 1980s. This was an underground, and not only because the text is saturated with uncontrolled vocabulary. "Rus" is a banter of the Soviet pseudo-historic view of foundation of Kyiv Rus. Well, approximately. The second piece is performance of the punk-chanson duet "Vasya and Hobot". VasylHontarsky ("Vasya Club") and Yury "Hobot" Galinin played here the songs that made up the greater part of the album "Vasya and Hobot". Vasyl Gontarsky has, unfortunately, passed away now – that is why this concert record has suddenly become a real rarity as well... Well, and the third figure, which on that night was the major magnet – Les Poderevyansky. He recited his play "Splendor and Misery of Maricones", and this disc can be considered its first release. As usual – sharp, funny, attentive. Taking the Ukrainian folk tale as a basis, Poderevyansky with a few exact strokes represented the modern world of blank glamour – and again made us not only laugh but also think...
