"A photo album devoted to historical events of 1990 in Kyiv.The starvation protest of students lasting from October, 2 through October, 17 1990, which was recorded in history as the Student Revolution on Granite, became an expression of youth's active civil engagement and marked establishment of the independent Ukrainian state. Young people who were participants of the starvation and witnesses of those events, members of the Student Brotherhood and the Ukrainian Students' Union are a good example of conscious patriotism not only for the generation of the 90's, but also for our contemporaries.
The text about the course of the events is accompanied with photographs (57) from the archive of the Student Brotherhood and personal archives."
