Well, the name of this young group completely corresponds to the reality. It is not just pupec, it is a real Master of Pupecs. He was right who said that worthy heirs of "Braty Gadyukiny" have grown up. They have grown up, and it is very pleasing that these heirs are far from resembling rejuvenated copies of their predecessors. "Mister Pupec" is a fresh and very driving group that plays bright mood on the powerful mixed basis of folk and punk. However – they do not limit themselves to these two directions. Even not having seen their live performance, it is possible to confidently insist on that the guys are very artistic, and they are not short of creative imagination. If right now a simple audio record raises in imagination so volumetric pictures – I suspect that each their performance turns into a very bright, thrilling show. The more so that the texts of the songs are, mostly, very subject-oriented, not abstract. As to me, each of them may easily become a theme of a small, but very intense reprise. So, let’s sum up. In music, the group very skillfully combines absolutely different styles – from hardcore and ska to reggae with funk. Add here the expressive manner of performance with elements of dramatized farce – and believe me, you won’t be bored. But then you will have to do something with all of this adrenaline released...

The author project by Serhiy Sakhno – the drummer of the legendary VV. "Akapulko" presents a completely new musical style, "trip-twist", as well as an incredible mix of Ukrainian melodies, dynamic hard "rock'n'pop", and the bluesy psychedelia of the 60s combined with the highly fashionable today "new sound of Berlin"...

..Anyway, the album "And I am not a Moscovite" convincingly illustrates how cleverly one can make fun of the Soviet influence and chanson (in the post-Soviet sense) miasma in the modern Ukrainian culture without resorting to brutal methods. Well, almost without it. Only by irony and, above all, self-irony – sometimes quite tough...

Yuriy Zdorenko & Hash spin up – and in quite an unexpected way. Actually, what could seem after release of their debut mini-album? That Zdorenko decided to cook another poignantly hot dish based on the recipe tested in the "Borsch" project. And what actually turns out?

Each performance of the group is just a violent throw out of superfluous emotions, ideas, impulses from within each listener. And, however surprising it might appear, – a powerful generator of calm. However, it is special calm – after such vigorous tension, it is not that you do not want anything, but simply you have no force to want something.

lately it is well-aimed – a distracting blow on mind, a sort of that it is a logical riddle – but actually all this is directed at the emotional body, and in order to understand and get penetrated with it – it is not necessary to understand. the other way round, you should not understand – and then everything becomes clear. in a nutshell – zen. somewhat technogenic entourage...

...notwithstanding the title, it is not so sunny, but tense, even refractory, as it is a bit mad, stones are swimming as if it were the day after tomorrow. The theatre of absurdity. Happiness. And also about love...
