Igor Zakus. Dedications.

This album swings around a bit unexpectedly. A child’s voice suddenly vanishes in an energetic squall as here fank and fusions meet – and make friends. But as soon as it happens, immediately the chain of pellucid and slow melodies starts to sound, and in them the notes that are not played weigh approximately as much as those that are played. Because here they are presented in equal parts. And it becomes warm. And then speed, quantity and richness change, while warmth and some kind of cosiness remain with you. May be, because Ihor Zakus has recorded the album of dedications, and you really feel it almost physically. You feel that this music sounds not in the usual manner, but because it is composed for close people, with whom you may speak without words (sometimes it is even worth speaking without words). You feel as if this music sounds not for no particular reason, but for people as well, for people who have a well-developed gesticulation, know about that, make a lot of gestures, though practically never make extra ones.
