There are things that only a professional is able to speak about and this album is one of those about which professionals of the both Earth hemispheres have not been reluctant to speak. However, there are also things that "penetrate" even without special training and this album deserves attention no matter how well you're familiar with the blues. As it is played extremely deliciously with appropriate conciseness, but not dryness. Because it is played by young jazz musicians, hence "Hypnotized!" has incorporated features of both blues and jazz it sounds fresh and modern, peculiar in a good sense, although it at the same time elegantly reminds aesthetics of the past century. Meanwhile, out of the seven songs in the album four are author ones, while the remaining three are cover versions. Do you recognize? ..The diatonic harmonica in the hands of Konstyantyn Kolesnichenko sounds delicately and, sure, it is a sort of a center of gravity but it does not stick out intentionally, it is not afraid to retreat into the shadow where required, drawing such patterns that only at a first glance may seem simple. By the way, regarding patterns, there are interesting dialogs of the harmonica with the electric pipe organ they "hook" subconsciously, add soft contrasts within the perfectly balanced sounding of the band as a whole.. In short excellent. One listens once and one listens again, and again..

...And freedom, needed in treatment of the form and details. This is what this album is comprised of well, and a jolt of haphazardness, to spell out in words the somewhat absurd lyricism of the world capable of joyfully and sadly beautiful acts. Even if it doesn't (?) make sense. Exhale and inhale, mind and heart, because otherwise it does not work, it does not dance.

..on the one hand the fantasy of jazz musicians. And on the other, all these laces of motions and patterns are thought over and embodied so confidently and easily that this ease allows one to not focus too much, but skip and let it go to the back of ones mind right away. Instead, one listens to the main melodic line, the beauty and the flexible power of the voice..

Very transparent, juicy, quiet and confident and yet full of irrepressible life this is what this work appears like. Stylistically, it continues the trend including the albums "Black" and "Red" the pure jazz-rock line, with no direct immersions into the lounge or symphonicity. But in a much softer, tender version.

First, "Braty Blusu" have long ago already and absolutely deservedly become a living legend of the Ukrainian jazz-rock. And, second and this is, probably, even more important the album is really good and interesting. Interesting, foremost, due to its ambiguousne...

I could say something about the reflection of the musical universe here, as several musical trends and styles got skilfully and gently entangled in this album. Still it seems to me that it would not be groundless to speak about the reflection of the Universe itself, as it is a musical stream, which is characterised by generality.

From ballads to dance, from folklore through art rock to meditation and jazz I would call this world fusion, as a lot of roots from the whole world have intertwined here. However, all the plays have their common root: the basis is creative re-consideration of music of Crimean Tatars and other Black Sea peoples.
