Vera Serduchka has got the second place at this year Eurovision song contest in Helsinki. Serbian singer Marija Šerifović was the first. Russia, Turkey and Bulgaria and 40 other countries finished after Ukraine.
Few month ago when Serduchka was elected to represent Ukraine there were not many people who expected such a good result. However rich and original character of Andriy Danilko did not left Europeans to be indifferent. There was only one country – Albania – which did not gave a single point to Ukraine.
Apart from Serbian and Ukrainian songs there were more interesting songs. They are all presented on an official compilation of Eurovision 2007:
