Iryna Starodub (1977) is one of the most piano virtuoso, who presents her art in Ukraine, Russia, Poland, Germany, Japan, France, Czech Republic and other countries.
She graduated with honours from the Lysenko Special Music boarding School in Kyiv (class of I. Barinova) and the Ukrainian National Tchaikovski Academy of Music (class of Honoured Artist, head of piano chair, Prof. I. Ryabov). There Iryna Starodub completed assistant probation course and got a master degree in Musical Art. She took part in the Master Classes of. E. Liberman and V. Krainev.
In 1993 – she is Laureate of "Golden Autumn" International Chamber Music Competition (Ukraine) and Laureate of Ukrainian Piano Competition (Severodonetsk).
In 1995 she won Diploma and Special Prize at the International Horowits Piano Competition (Kyiv, Ukraine).
In 1996 Iryna Starodub was the Grand-Prix winner at the Pierre Lantier International Chamber Music Competition (Paris, France), in 1999 she was the winner of the International "Yamaha" Fund Competition.
Iryna Starodub a participiant of prestigious international festivals including the Nice International Festival (France) and International Music Festival of North Korea (Pyongyang), and others.
Iryna Starodub is presently on the faculty at the Ukrainian National Tchaikovski Academy of Music and the Lysenko Special Music boarding School in Kyiv.
