As we can see, after the album
"Sounds" Iryna Zinkovska decided to go back to the style of her previous works – i.e. to what we call "the traditional Ukrainian variety art". With a slight blend of folk motifs, and not only Ukrainian ones, and still this album is not so much a quest but rather an attempt to gain a foothold in the chosen genre. At this angle – the piece is quite a success. First of all, sure, due to the voice – beautiful, strong, and expressive. If she wished, Iryna could, probably, try on modern pop, soul, neo-folk, and so on – and, maybe, one day she will. So, let's hope that this "act of consolidation" will result in her capacity to open up more fully – because her potential for this is obvious.
