Iryna Bilyk. Ljubov'. Jad (Love. Poison)
Hi to everybody, who appreciates the art of Iryna Bilyk and follows its development. Iryna Bilyk continues her experiments. This album is recorded in Russian. Taking into account the fact that it was preceded by the albums in Polish and Ukrainian, it may be considered the completion of a certain trilogy. Personally for me it was another chance to compare the melodiousness of these three languages. As for Iryna Bilyk, if I understand it correctly, it is not worth comparing this last album of hers with the previous ones. As a matter of fact, we are not saying that it is worse or better than the previous ones. It is different. It is different because every language is not only a paint, it is a certain method of painting, a certain key to culture, to the way of sensing the world around you. That is the very reason why we can not speak about comparison. We can only speak about appropriateness and harmoniousness of using this certain key. Here let everybody make conclusions by himself. As for me, I find this very fact of attempt to be very important. I find it this way because this woman is one of few performers of our variety art who does not fear to make a search and keeps revealing herself. For herself and for listeners.
All songs are in Russian.

Today he is – one of the most fashionable and demanded pop artists of the Ukrainian dancing-focused scene. Monatik's second album, which includes lots of soul intonations and light ethnic decorations, is an illustration of his ability and willingness to search for..

Anastasia Prykhodko. Ya Vilna. /digi-pack/. (I Am Free)

..in the album "I Am Free", there are already several songs in Ukrainian. In particular – "Heroes Do Not Die". However, the main line here is still romantic, and not too tearful – if you listen to the lyrics.

Gaytana. Kapli dozhdya. (Raindrops)

The fact is that since her last album "Slidom za toboju"(Following you) had been released interesting and promising Gaitana became one of the best pop-singers of Ukraine. Now the quality grows not from album to album but from song to song – and this staggers a lot.

So, what does this album consist of? First of all, of light, almost transparent melancholy – it frequently happens with all those romantic confessions and meditations. It is they that penetrate through texts of all the songs. But, first of all, it is an album of nice pop music.

Irina Bilyk is a genius. The videos on the disc were evty enjoyable. The little things that give the song unique accents like the piano just set this album apart. Shootka for instance I could listen to all day long. The melodies are straight from heaven.

I was quite impressed and a little bit shocked of new album of Iryna Bilyk!!! Because knew another singer and another woman in polish-language album, but here in this songs I saw another soul and different feelings during listening this Russian hits!!! Firstly, I didn't like, because it was on Russian(I don't like Russian Vodka and Putin), but than I understood that she has Ukrainian soul that means a lot... To be honost, it is my first russian-spoken album and I like to listen it as another one (polish).

As in the beginning of the 60th in westgermany born musicfan, grown up in the "cold war"times, ithe media and politics told that russian-language sounds like drunken people. My own brain using and after 3 visits in 2000,01 in my Heartcountry Ukraine there ist no better language sound than ukrain/russian. Slowly spoken and sound like a cat spell the word: "moshna"...or "budlaska"..Irina Bilyk sing godd understandable for a "not speaking russian", very clear and teh sound i like so much. Also the CD "OMA" ist great!!!
