William Shakespeare. Hamlet, prync dans'ky. /tr. by Yu.Andrukhovych/. (Hamlet, Prince of Denmark).
"This is the first Ukrainian translation of the meridian work by Shakespeare in the third millennium, the play that never abandoned the scene since the moment of its creation – up until today. Hamlet can be perceived in any way – in the spirit of classics or post-modernism, however, it is difficult to find a person who would not be staggered with the tragedy of the prince of Denmark. Ideally, this work should be translated by virtually every generation – with the vocabulary, accents and nuances characteristic of it only. Two significant figures of the modern Ukrainian cultural space – the writer Yuriy Andrukhovych and illustrator Vladyslav Yerko – have carried out our edition of "Hamlet". Their version of "Hamlet" is a happy opportunity to experience the genius work anew, to sharply feel its eternal actuality and contemporaneity."

..However, the key thing is the parabolic ethical and philosophical subtext, which looms in the text through the clash of naive traditional beliefs and seditious statements contradicting each other.
