..Proverbs as such are something conventional, and there are already lots of collections of them. But the proverb is something often quite abstract, so children not always understand them well. While here – Anastasia Stefurak has pictured them and has made them literally visible. And you will see – the pictures are cool: the simplicity and the slight paradox of her drawings not only illustrate, but sometimes also lead to questions – i.e., they suggest reflecting.
This book is for vivacious learning of the language, it denies the mechanistic perception. And thus – it can be a great present not only for the children who are right now discovering the world, but also for the adults who have banally got accustomed to the world...
