A mysterious project Samata. Not because it produces music that it is impossible to comprehend. But because it really knows how to intertwine magic into its sounding something that enchants, attracts attention. And by the way, Samata still remains the only of its kind from the moment of the release in 2008 of the debut album
"Fire Show", three years have already passed, but they still do not have doppelgangers. Well, maybe,
"Dazzle Dreams Sound System" but DDSS creates a collection of world sounds. While Samata takes Huzul roots as a basis of its music and adds two more seasonings not too common with us now: new age and acid jazz. Due to which there appears a very weird but creative atmosphere both relaxed and energetic, meditating and proactive.
And now a new experiment by, as they called them at Oleh Skrypka's publishing house, "Bukovyna molfars". 12 songs by Vopli Vidoplyasova (this time without lyrics) 12 fragrant cocktails 12 tracks with which one can both work and relax. It should be admitted that music by VV after adding those mentioned elements of new age, acid jazz and ethnic ornaments comes of an entirely different nature, content and potency. The changes are interesting, delicious, original, and performed at a proper level. And it is nice that everything is really done at a high quality from the content to external design.
