As known, "otava" (aftergrass) is the grass that grows after the first mowing, usually it is softer and more juicy, flavorful. So the album's title is clearly not accidental – a beautiful symbol – although, frankly speaking, the first album "In Vinko Veritas" was already very juicy. Actually, it seems that the debut was so spot-on that the task of the next album was simply to develop and consolidate the previously discovered sparkles – happily, the band has enough of them. It's nice that the keyboards in the arrangements are not forced to the backdrop; it is nice that the performance language remains the same, remarkable. It is nice, finally, that the voice of Istvan Halus now sounds even more confident, persuasive – and it adds special, tart warmth of his performance, even in the most energetic songs. And, in general, there is now somehow more drive, saturation of the music fabric – though instead there is now less transparency in the lines, but it still does not look like a flaw. It is just that the new grass has grown denser ) Anyway, "Otava" has become a worthy sequel – and now there is nothing left but wait: whether the band stays in this trend, or rather some unexpected twist may be seem in its future work.

The release contains a 12-page booklet with photos and lyrics for all the songs. The lyrics are folk ones, but all of them except for 7 – edited by Viktor and Iryna Yantso.
