In the Ukrainian music, a lot of every kind of stuff is happening so much so that there is even space for dark country. It thrills when out of familiar, habitual ingredients someone manages to create something interesting, ambiguous, maybe a bit odd.. Actually, in the case of Zwyntar, that is exactly so weird, vivid, with a generous pinch of murderous irony, or black humor nice (and separate thanks for the homage to
TNMKongo)). Sometimes it happens: having plunged into a narrow theme, at a certain moment one sees that the narrow frames collapse, and one goes out into the space where everything becomes relevant for one's subject one only needs to have enough talent to capture and show that. The reason for such going out must be the combination of commitment to one's cause and an ironic attitude to one's own loyalty. Well, or something else this is creativity, the indescribable matter that can (but should it?) be explained only
post factum, not in the process. The "Dead Voices" album does not necessarily need to be explained because it absolutely deserves simply being listened and enjoyed. Clear enjoyment as a trickster's midnight tear.
The release contains an author leaflet insert.
