It is known that "Almost Alive" is the album of 2000, and "Heart" – that of 2001. These albums have never before been officially released, that is why it was, sure, difficult to find them. The basic material for them is represented by recordings of rehearsals that took place during 2000, as well as a couple of concert and studio tracks of the same period – so, no surprise that currently the both albums have seen the light of the day within the same joint release. And today, when Fleur's music creativity is by and by going through considerable transformations – the value of such rarities, sure, increases. In the end, it has always been interesting to track Fleur's work – but only now everyone without exception is in the position to make sure that the start was no less interesting than the continuation. Moreover, it is in this release that one can hear, probably, the most "acoustic", light option for the group's sounding – the main line, for example, is that of the guitar, not the keys. Well, and the other specific aftertaste of the albums – the fact that they cannot be really classified as either concert or studio ones. Rehearsals – even if as qualitative as here – that is an absolutely different atmosphere. Both live and fragile as at concerts – and calm, balanced as at a studio simultaneously. Having mixed all of that together – we obtain something new, something third...
