A new album of 5'nizza ("Friday") is carried off in the best traditions. That is, musicians use minimum instruments – but with maximum means of their usage. As a result, "O5" does not resemble a transparent monotonous vodka. Most likely, it resembles a dress of a usual average harlequin who in his turn cannot be usual and average already by its definition. Pieces of fabric, languages, styles and trends, manners of performance, words. Pieces of fabric, different by form, size, colour, content and the way of processing – all of them are laced with one thread, in which two voices and one guitar are skilfully interlaced. It is exactly this thread that turns out to be the main dramatic persona. After all, one may say that this music personifies a real minimalism. It personifies minimalism, which, thanks to resourcefulness of designers, that is, musicians, does not strike your eyes at all. A detailed elaboration of this ornamental pattern commands respect – it seems that the material has been handled scrupulously. Well, it is more pleasant and interesting to listen to this album because of that.

..there is much less boyish hooliganism, the characters have matured, sure, thus having lost something cloudless. And having gained something significant in return, it seems. At least, they have something to say and sometimes may even do that with a smile – which now contains much more shades. What you will hear – depends on yourself. 5'nizza opens various doors..

With this music – there are all the chances to swim to the summer almost unnoticeably, without straining where this is not needed. Ukrainian reggae with a mischievous smile and a hardened core. Just put on repeat – so much so that your hand reaches out for that – and you should not interfere with it.

In the sphere of music, the group has developed and deepened the stylistics set with the album "There Is Hope" – thus, drive has became a bit less hard, but in some respect even more powerful, plastic. But there is also another aspect.Vadym Krasnooky becomes – forgive my loose definition – a lyrically-cheerful philosopher, and this does impress.

I got to know 5'nizza in a trip to Moscow. Since then they became in my top 5 favourite band. Great melodie songs, even I don't understand the lyrics. I just like the way it makes me feel.
Unfortunatly in Portugal I can't discuss about them 'cause nobody knows the band. And I never see any anouncement with 5'nizza on the chart.
Hope to see them sometime in Portugal
