Before, Verka Serdyuchka was a Ukrainian national treasure of a more or less local scale. Nothing serious – just fame and popularity in the territory of virtually the whole CIS, dozens or even hundreds of caricaturists and followers, a few discs (due to which, possibly, the disc by Andriy Danylko was released as well)... All this madness around Serdyuchka began as far back as about 10 years ago, if not more – and, strange enough, it has not only never calmed down, but it has intensified. This is, sure, one of the most successful play actors on the whole of our variety scene – laughing at what and who she wants, where she wants, as she wants. They forgive anything to Serdyuchka... From now on, everything will be excused for her not only at home and at the closest neighbors' – after EuroVision-2007 everything is excused for her all over Europe and in adjacent territories.
Andriy Danylko is surprised – he knows for sure that Serdyuchka could never really sing, that is why she did not hope for any noticeable achievements. But, nevertheless, it was she who represented Ukraine at the song (!) contest in front of millions of people – and she did it, as ever, brightly. In the end, now she has only one thing left to do – not to diminish the scales and whirl, she needs to take part in the next "Miss Universe" contest. And – to win without a doubt)...
