How long do CDs stay in my shopping cart? |
When you add a CD to your shopping cart, it is automatically reserved for 4 hours. If you have not finalized your order within 4 hours, it will be cancelled and all CDs will be returned to stock and made available to other buyers. |

Can I pay by check? |
We do not accept check payments. |
Can you send CDs cash-on-delivery (COD)? |
We send CDs cash-on-delivery WITHIN UKRAINE ONLY. It is impossible to send CDs COD to other countries. |
Do you offer other payment options? |
These are money transfers and "virtual" money transfers Western Union, Webmoney and others. |

We send compact discs within Ukraine only. |

Shipping in Ukraine is made by regular mail. According to our experience, shipping times are the following: |
How can I check the status of my order? |
We send automatic notifications when your order is received and when it is sent. If you have additional question about your order status, do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail. |
What is your return policy? |
If your compact disc is not defective, it can be returned only if it is unopened. Our aim is to provide you with full information about every CD (list of songs, CD cover, playing time, sound clips), so you can make an informed decision. If you have received a compact disc which is broken, has mechanical defects or does not play, we will replace it with a good quality CD of the same title. The following are comments about plastic CD cases (boxes). We carefully pack every order, but sometimes fragile CD boxes get broken. We do not replace broken boxes because their price (around 20 cents) is much lower then the price of the CD or the shipping price. If you wish, we can add 1-2 empty CD cases for free to your order. Ask for them in the special comments field when you order. I must say, that we receive very few complaints about broken boxes. In any case, please e-mail us first if you have any problems with your order. |
