Born in Riga. For a long time he lived in Vinogradov Transcarpathian region. He graduated from Mukachevo military school. In 2009 he graduated from the Ukrainian philology Uzhgorod National University. Balkan Studies at Warsaw University.

One of the organizers of Uzhgorod in support of Yushchenko during the Orange Revolution.
