Voanerges

The first music in the history was fulfilled by God for creating of the Universe. In the beginning of all was the Word, but not on the human language! There were sounds of harmony, the equivalents of world creating. Afterwards, the gift of the music had been bestowed to men who were the genuine copy of Creator in the flesh. The man can invent and change the substance using the sounds of music, and communicate with Heavenly Father , expressing Him his love and to translate an information in sounds to other people right from Heaven.

Every nation makes it on its own ethnic music language. Ukrainian ethnic rock group Voanerges exists since 1998. We play the mix of rock, funk, world, gospel, rap, atmospheric, and etc. We have the concerts in different places of Ukraine, Russia, Polska. In 2001 was issued our 1 st album "Issues", in 2004 appeared CD "Vertepno", in 2006 - "Zlata Vrata " which issued under Comp music/EMI records label.

The group includes five professional musicians-singers:

Valery Ogorodnik: guitar, drymba, zozulka, derkach, voice.

Roman Makogon: keyboards,sopilka, tylynka, zozulka, bugai, druchok in F, voice.

Genady Ben: trumpet, flugelhorn, rizhok, sopilka, zozulka, druchok in B, voice.

Andriy Uskov: bass, voice.

Valentin Yankivsky: drums.
