To listen to this music is as though to slowly sip fresh tea with mint – to touch warm freshness. I am listening to it for the first time now – when the daylong rain is hanging behind the window, when the distance between the earth and sky softly disappears, when yesterday's paths are already washed out, and tomorrows ones do not exist yet. Here and now transparent drops of notes fill the air with some crystal clean feeling of tranquility. Melodies by Roma Kolyada grow with tender force of green sprouts, they do not break the horizon – but they extend the space. And if it were possible to speak about music embodiment of quiet shine of a pearl – it would be worth speaking about it exactly now. At that, this would be identically true both in relation to separate melodies, and to the album as a whole. Internal balance, harmony of the album are such that it really sounds as an integral work, a saturated narration – but this does not cancel independent beauty and significance of the lines of which it consists. I do not know whether I will grow fond of opera, but I really like this disc. In this case, modernization, fortunately, does not mean vulgarization. The sound is so soft, mild, deep that it is impossible to come off it.

This time, Dmitry does not prefer any specific paint – he transparently combines sounding of the piano and electronic keys. Therefore, music of the album lives somewhere between neo-classicism and ambient – while light folklore motives pop up sometimes as well. On the whole, it seems to me, "On the Wave's Wings" is music of the peaceful world. The world where people can and are not afraid to love.

Свитлина, а что вы хотели услышать новое? Вся фортепианная музыка изобретена Бахом и Моцартом в их время. И если вы такой знаток и изысканный слушатель то попробуйте сделать что то новое или слушайте кислоту) Но таких как вы - единицы! А то что музыка Романа заставляет народ прикоснуться к искусству, пусть даже такой поп-классике, так это замечательно!

Вчера имела возможность услышать Романа в ТЦ Караван...это было нечто!!! Я получила море удовольствия...муж купил мне дис...но живое исполнение вне конкуренции...никогда не могла подумать, что мне будет интересна подобная музыка...спасиба Вам за вчерашние 30 минут блаженства!!!

Скажу чесно - чекала більшого, але музика приємна в любому випадку, допомагає зосередитися над думками "вічними", згадати про духовну сторону життя, а також є просто заспокійливою такою піснею без слів.

У всьому альбомі можна нарахувати 4 різних акорди, упізнати кілька дуже відомих тем, "тихо" запозичених, а ще вивчити техніку гри арпеджіо у кількох тональностях. Фонова музика, якою вона повинна бути... повинна була бути кілька десятків років тому. Комусь, не дуже обізнаному, подобається, але насправді не несе у собі чогось нового й свіжого, того, що можна було б назвати "подією в культурі". Роман - хороший журналіст. Й цікаво щоби Він сказав аналізуючи якусь не дуже виразну подію.
