The second disc mostly includes pieces by contemporary composers performed by the best young accordionists of Ukraine and Belarus. The youngest performer, Dmytro Mazur, at the time of the recording was 14. It is the piece "Festival" performed by Igor Zavadsky in a duet with this young talent that offered the title for the entire album. But the title "Festival" also has another symbolic meaning, since recording of the album was undertaken during a sort of mini-festivals organized by the maestro on the 175th anniversary of inventing the accordion. At the last moment, the disc was completed with a new version of "Libertango", where Igor for the first time played in a trio with the button accordion and the acoustic guitar."
