The places where Christ's feet stood – were remembered by his disciples and recorded in the Gospels. ..Now, in the twenty-first century, pilgrims from the lands of former communist and atheist rule where the Church has risen from the catacombs, make their way to the empty Tomb to see the place from whence new life shone forth. They bring with them theit own hymns to praise the risen Christ [tracks 1-3], give Him thanks in the evening for His never-setting light [4-6], celebrate His life among people on earth [7-11], and remember His sacrificial love in the eucharist [12-16]. Parts of that service were spontaneously recorded, and that amateur recording is included here as an addendum [17]. (information from the press release to the volume and the presentation)
The release contains a poster with information about the album (in Ukrainian and in English) and the image of the Transfiguration of Christ, end of 12th century, School of Constantinopole.
Note: track #13 has sound defects (heard in the demo fragment). Since no additional release is planned, please, consider that before you buy it.
