When translated, the title of the album means "a road, a way". There are not that many words so meaningful in our life, right? Truth, bread, love, salt, road... However, we fill them with meaning ourselves. Laura and Krystyna fill them through the music – and if you're looking for a direct and clear touch, this is the case. Sincere, masterful, colorful, delicious – fragrant ethno-jazz and abundance of subtle patterns, and none of the project participants stay in the shade. There was enough space for interesting manifestations of everyone. But the singing... even if we leave aside the astringent beauty of the Armenian language, the singing as such is a guide in the journey, changeable as our lives are. So bright, sharp, emotional – sometimes tender and transparent, cozy – sometimes so deep that when listening you forget to breathe. But all of this is Chanapar – the joy that goes beyond words, even when the solid grains of sadness get dissolved in the warm light. Sometimes, on occasions I recall that Heinlein's story "The Roads Must Roll". So, the roads roll. In the same way – our souls roll. But that, you know, depends on you – either you freeze, or reveal yourself. For roads will roll – it is just about if they do that with us or without us..
