"The musicians about the album: Why this name? 'World' is from English. This is our world, our worldview and our view of the world that looms in the sound of our new album. It is the music that intertwines motifs from around the world. The music that is a way of life, existence, reflection of the soul, emotions, and mind. The music that absorbs all the motives, sounds that fly in the air. A tangle of energies of folk music from different continents, worlds, epochs: the Ukrainian folk, American jazz, blues, modern electronics – all of these can be found in the new album. The disc was composed very easily and naturally. Each of us contributed a part of oneself, one's world, and therefore works on the disc differ from each other, they are contrasting. But, despite this contrast, all of them are combined as an integral whole and create our world as it is today. The album contains 7 compositions. Six of them are based on folk songs. "Kolomyikas" is a good album with bright pieces that are able to capture the audience as it is, even without associations with the material it derives from. In the end, there was no "weak link" in the team of the album’s creators.
