The album is dedicated to winter holidays. And since participants of the group have been practicing folklore expeditions for many years – it is not surprising that here you can also hear rare, virtually unknown songs and variations. It is also interesting because "Ladovytsi" have a very respectful attitude to preservation of the tradition – thus, we are talking not about arrangements but about reproduction of the authentic performance. However, you don't need to think about that – just listen, because the songs are really good. They somehow imperceptibly dissolve the exhaustion and habit of the routine – and fill with the hope for joy. The lyrics, melodies, the singing itself – seem to be simple, without superfluous decorations, but all of that together interlaces in quiet patterns of if not wonder, then – the possibility of wonder. Just let these songs sound, fill the space – and they will change everything around and within. Perhaps, merely for a moment – but sometimes a moment is enough.
