"The book "Momotarō, or the Peach Boy" includes the most popular Japanese folk tales. Momotarō is one of the most popular Japanese characters. A lot of books have been written and a lot of movies and cartoons have been filmed about his adventures.
Talented Ukrainian illustrator Viktor Harkusha worked on this book for more than four years. The work on one illustration sometimes took up to five months. Harkusha can possibly claim the title of the most thorough and the slowest illustrator in the world, although in his real life he enjoys racing and desperately rides at breakneck speed..."
