Even externally, with the cover, this disc sometimes reminds hive cells – yellow and golden, with amber speckles – at least, to my mind. And when you start listening, this association becomes even more precise, ramified, voluminous. And there is no doubt that these are not bee cells, no – human ones. But, nevertheless, they are full of honey – strange, live, not trimmed. Sometimes a bit paradoxical – but indescribably light in taste. Each play on the album is a separate work of art, specific and self-sufficient. But all together they form a landscape of casual surprises – seemingly casual, sure. And so one promenade here, as though Alice after mushroom hunting, either grows or shrinks, the angle of view changes constantly – because the method of seeing changes. It thrills. Cool and warm, tart and sweet, quiet and agitated – that is sounding of this disc. Joyful and straightforward – children in love whose feelings are reciprocal can be like that. As to my taste, of course – because who knows what you will see here. But I have no doubt that you will see something here – and will want to have a look again. Because – cordially and brightly.
